CavanKerry Press & Digging Press: 2 NJ-Based Indie Publishers, 1 Night!

This reading and conversation will consist of Digging Press writer Mandy-Suzanne Wong, poet Dimitri Reyes, and publisher Gessy Alvarez while poets Cat Doty, and David S. Cho will be reading from their CavanKerry Press collections.
Digging Press publishes Digging Through The Fat: A Journal for Cultural Omnivores, a chapbook series, and biennial poetry series. They also produce a podcast and host a reading series. As an organization for cultural omnivores, their aim is to nurture experimentation and cultural inclusion, and promote the importance of eclecticism in the literary and visual arts.
CavanKerry Press is committed to expanding the reach of poetry and other fine literature to a general readership by publishing works that explore the emotional and psychological landscapes of everyday life, and to bring that art to the underserved where they live, work and receive services.
